Captured this moment in the Ruby Mountains, Nevada.
Outside Elko, near Lamoille, lies the entrance to the Ruby Mountains. While driving through the canyon, a flash of light caught my eye. The light was the sun's refection off the small waterfall. To get this scene, I had to hike down the canyon walls. Snow was up to my waist. It was the most dangerous effort I have taken to get the shot. I still can't believe what I did and how lucky I am not get hurt. It was worth it. Only a handful of people, ever, have been to this spot. Enjoy!
